Yes! I have started teaching guided breathwork at The Breathing Room in Westwood. For those of you in LA and interested in attending my class, I teach on Mondays from 7 pm to 8 pm. And on Saturdays from 9:15 am to 10:15. Click the link for my full schedule.

So, what do my classes consist of? Before we start meditating I break down the three phases of meditation: relaxation, intention, and the return. I then go into what the class entails and what to expect. I cannot promise that your behavior or circumstance will change, but I can do my very best to understand and support you.
For each class I create a meditation playlist on Spotify that consists of artists from all over the world -- from Orka and India Arie, to Natalia Lafourcade. Prior to starting the session I will go over the breathing exercise. For my last class we did a box breathing technique that requires you to breathe in for a count of 4 -- hold at the top for a count of 4 -- sigh out for a count of 4 -- and then pause for a count of 4 before repeating as many times as needed. My sessions are 30-40 minutes with the hope that you come out of it feeling a little more relaxed and calmer.
